Section 247-8-006 - SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR THIRD-PARTY TESTER CERTIFICATES

006.01 Amount.

For issuance or renewal of a Third-Party Tester certificate, the fee is $ 100.00 for each applicant for a Third-Party Tester certificate. The fee is refundable if the application is initially denied by the Department or returned due to incompleteness or deficiency. The fee covers a two-year (2-year) period beginning on the effective date of issuance or renewal thereof.

006.02 Refunds.

No portion of the fee will be refunded if the certificate is suspended or revoked during the two-year (2-year) period or if the Third-Party Tester otherwise discontinues activity within the State during any portion of the two-year (2-year) period.
