Section 247-7-005 - Appeal

005.01 Appeal to Director - Any applicant refused or denied a certificate for a license or permit by the examiners shall have the right to an immediate appeal to the Director in the manner prescribed in Neb. Rev. Stat. 60-408.

005.02 Appeal to District Court - Any applicant who feels aggrieved because of an order by the Director to refuse to issue a license or permit, may appeal to the District Court in the manner prescribed by Neb. Rev. Stat. 60-420.
