Section 247-2-011 - FEES

011.01 Expiration.

All licenses will expire on the last day of June in the year following issuance and may be renewed upon application to the Department.

011.02 Fee.

Each application for a new or renewal school license shall be accompanied by a fee of fifty dollars ($ 50.00). Each application for a new or renewal instructor's license shall be accompanied by a fee of ten dollars ($ 10.00). No license fee shall be refunded in the event that the license is rejected, suspended, or revoked.
