With reference to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 60-1401.15 as amended, pertaining to the required sign of an established place of business, such sign shall be permanent in nature, installed to be readily visible from the principal avenue of traffic and embody a designation so as to clearly identify the type of business for which the license is granted.
