The caption of an answer shall be the same as that of the complaint, except that it shall contain the word "ANSWER". An answer shall completely advise all parties as to the nature of the defense, shall specifically admit or deny each material allegation of the pleading being answered, and shall be subscribed and verified by the defendant, or by a duly authorized officer of the defendant if it be a corporation or organization, or for the defendant by his or her attorney. Unless otherwise ordered by the Board, answer day shall be twenty days from the date of service of the complaint by the Board.
