A complaint of any violation subject to the jurisdiction of the Board may be filed by any person, organization or corporation. Each complaint shall show the venue "BEFORE THE NEBRASKA MOTOR VEHICLE INDUSTRY LICENSING BOARD"; shall contain a heading showing the name of the complainant and the name of the defendant; shall specifically advise the defendant of the alleged violations; shall concisely set forth all material facts upon which the complaint is based; and shall be subscribed and verified by at least one complainant, or by a duly authorized officer of the complainant if it be a corporation or organization, or for the complainant by his or her attorney.
