Title 253 - MOTOR VEHICLE INDUSTRY LICENSING BOARD
Chapter 1 - ORGANIZATION
Section 253-1-007 - Officers

The Board shall annually, at its first meeting of the calendar year, elect a first vice-chairperson and a second vice-chairperson. The chairperson shall preside at all meetings, and in the chairperson's absence the chairperson's duties shall devolve upon the first vice-chairperson, and in the first vice-chairperson's absence upon the second vice-chairperson. In the event that the chairperson, first vice-chairperson, and second vice-chairperson are absent, the remaining members, if they constitute a quorum, shall select a temporary chairperson and proceed with the business of the Board.
