The Executive Director of the Board shall be in charge of the Board's office and shall conduct and direct the activities thereof in a manner as directed by the Board. The Executive Director shall be accountable and responsible directly to the Board. The field and office staffs of the Board shall be under the supervision and direction of the Executive Director and shall be accountable and responsible directly to the Executive Director.
