Special meetings may be held on any date or time, upon the call of the Board Chairperson or the written request of two Board Members, through the Executive Director, by notice given to the Board Members at least 48 hours prior to the time the meeting is to be held. Such notice will be given to the Board Members by letter, telephone or electronic communication.
