Appeals shall be filed in accordance with Neb.Rev.Stat. § 84-901 et seq. and Title 53 of the Nebraska Administrative Code, Chapter 4. A petition for appeal must be filed in the district court of the county where the action is taken within 30 days after receipt of the final decision by the Committee.
