No new miniature boiler shall be installed unless it has been constructed and inspected to ASME standards, bears the ASME Certification Mark with the "S," "M,", or "E" designator in accordance with the requirements of Part PMB of ASME Section I Rules for Construction of Power Boilers, and has controls and safety devices installed that are in accordance with ASME CSD-1.
