The insurer shall obtain a written statement from the policyholder regarding the information necessary to determine the policyholder's status as an exempt commercial policyholder if such status depends on information not already contained in the insurer's files. An insurer is not required to make further inquiry of the policyholder's status unless the information available to the insurer makes it unlikely that the policyholder's representations are accurate.
