For lines or classes of insurance where more than 80% of the writings in Nebraska are by three or fewer insurers or company groups, the Director may require premium, exposure and loss information on a special request basis. Such requests shall be limited to the five largest writers of the specialty line in Nebraska, although fewer insurers may be included if sufficient to encompass 80% of the Nebraska market.
