Statistical agents shall provide copies of all statistical plans and modifications thereof to the Director. All plans already in use as of the effective date of this rule shall be provided within 60 days after its effective date. All statistical plans or modifications thereof published after the effective date of this rule shall be provided to the Director prior to their use.
