Section 210-10-008 - Distribution of funds to members

If, at the end of any calendar year, a surplus exists in the allowable fund, distribution shall be equitably divided among the members in good standing that date. Application must be made to the Department of Insurance on or before March 15 of the year following said end of calendar year and distribution approved.
