Section 477-8-003 - APPLICATION FOR AN SSN

An applicant who has not previously applied for an SSN shall be given ninety (90) days from the date of application to verify that he/she has submitted an application with the SSA. An applicant shall not be eligible after the ninety (90) - day period unless verification of the application is received.
