The Department may authorize support for disability-related expenses. Examples include, but are not limited to -

1. Architectural modification of a home to remove barriers;

2. Attendant care;

3. Disability-related counseling or training;

4. Expenses incurred during evaluation or treatment;

5. Home health care;

6. Housekeeping services for disabled adults;

7. Payments for health services;

8. Purchase or lease of special equipment;

9. Respite care; and

10. Transportation.
