An individual who receives a payment or whose needs are included in a payment of Assistance to the Aged, Blind, or Disabled or State Disability Program may not receive a payment at the same time of another type of categorical assistance administered by the Department. This does not preclude the recipient of another type of assistance from being the payee for an Aid to Dependent Children grant made on behalf of a child in the individual's care.
