006.01 PRIORITY. Priority funding for the Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services waivers.

COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES (CDD) AND THE
DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES ADULT DAY (DDAD) WAIVERS. Applicants
shall be prioritized as set forth in Neb. Rev. Stat. §
83-1216.
