Maintenance charges are due and payable in advance each month, on or before the last business day of the month, and are delinquent if not paid when due.
007.01 Overdue Payment
When a member's monthly maintenance charge has not been paid in full within 60 days of the due date, the member's account may be referred by the Department for collection and the member may be discharged.
