The following definitions apply
001.01 NONIDENTIFYING INFORMATION.
The descriptive social, educational, medical, and demographic details about an adopted person and the adopted person's birth relatives, excluding any information which might reveal the identity of the birth relatives.
001.02 LEGAL GUARDIAN.
Legal guardian has the same meaning as guardian in Neb. Rev. Stat. § 30-2209.
