All recipients must cooperate with eligibility redeterminations. All requested documentation or information must be provided by the recipient within 30 days of the date of the request.
005.01(A) CHANGE IN STATUS. A redetermination of eligibility is conducted when information is obtained about a change in a recipient's circumstances that may affect the recipient's eligibility.
005.01(B) PERIODIC REDETERMINATION. Recipient eligibility will be redetermined at least once every 18 months, but not more than once every 12 months.
