Section 180-7-106 - RECORDS OF INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE, ADJUSTMENT, AND REPAIR

A licensee must retain a record of the installation, maintenance, adjustment, and repair of remote afterloader units, teletherapy units, and gamma stereotactic radiosurgery units as required by 180 NAC 7-069 for three years. For each installation, maintenance, adjustment and repair, the record must include:

(A) The date;

(B) Description of the service; and

(C) Names of the individuals who performed the work.
