Section 180-7-097 - RECORDS OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS THAT APPLY TO THE PROVISION OF MOBILE SERVICES

A licensee must retain:
(A) A copy of each letter that permits the use of radioactive material at a client's address, as required by 180 NAC 7-009.02, for three years after the last provision of service; and
(B) The record of each survey required by 180 NAC 7-038(F), for three years. The record must include the date of the survey, the results of the survey, the instrument used to make the survey, and the name of the individual who performed the survey.
