Section 180-7-085 - OTHER MEDICAL USES OF RADIOACTIVE MATERIAL OR RADIATION FROM RADIOACTIVE MATERIAL

A licensee may use radioactive material or radiation sources approved for medical use which is not specifically addressed in 180 NAC 7 provided that the applicant or licensee has:

(A) Submitted the information required by 180 NAC 7-008.02 through 7-008.04; and

(B) Received written approval from the NRC or Agreement State in a license and uses the material according to the regulations and specific conditions the NRC or Agreement State considers necessary for the medical use of the material.
