The licensee must:
(A) Maintain accountability at all times for all brachytherapy sources in storage or use.
(B) Promptly after removing sources from a patient or a human research subject, return brachytherapy sources to a secure storage area.
(C) Maintain a record of the brachytherapy source accountability according to 180 NAC 7-103.
