A licensee may only use:
(A) Sealed sources or devices initially manufactured, labeled, packaged, and distributed according to a license issued according to 180 NAC 3 or the equivalent regulations of the NRC or another Agreement State.
(B) Teletherapy sources manufactured and distributed according to a license issued according to 180 NAC 3, or the equivalent regulations of the NRC or another Agreement State.
