Title 180 - CONTROL OF RADIATION
Chapter 7 - MEDICAL USE OF RADIOACTIVE MATERIAL
Section 180-7-013 - LICENSE APPLICATION

The applicant for a license for:

(A) Medical use of radioactive material must:

(i) File NRH-7 "Application for Radioactive Material License - Medical" according to instructions in 180 NAC 7-008;

(ii) Pay any applicable fee as provided in 180 NAC 18;

(iii) Meet the requirements of 180 NAC 3; and

(iv) Establish that they are equipped and committed to observe the safety standards established by the Department in Title 180 for the protection of public health and safety.

(B) Mobile medical service must:

(i) Meet the requirements in 180 NAC 7-013, (A); and

(ii) Demonstrate individuals to whom radioactive drugs or radiation from implants containing radioactive material will be administered may be released following treatment according to 180 NAC 7-037.
