Chapter 7 - MEDICAL USE OF RADIOACTIVE MATERIAL
Section 180-7-012 - TYPE A SPECIFIC LICENSE OF BROAD SCOPE EXEMPTIONS

A licensee possessing a Type A specific license of broad scope for medical use issued under 180 NAC 3-013 is exempt from the provisions of:

(A) 180 NAC 7-008.04 regarding the need to file an amendment to the license for medical use of radioactive material as described in 180 NAC 7-085;

(B) 180 NAC 7-010.02 regarding the need to file an amendment before permitting anyone to work as an authorized user, authorized nuclear pharmacist, or authorized medical physicist under the license;

(C) 180 NAC 7-010.05 regarding additions to or changes in the areas of use at the addresses specified in the license;

(D) 180 NAC 7-011.01 regarding notification to the Department for new authorized users, authorized nuclear pharmacists, ophthalmic physicists, and authorized medical physicists; and

(E) 180 NAC 7-021, (A) regarding supplier for sealed sources.
