Each licensee or registrant must maintain records of the quarterly inventory of sources of radiation, including devices containing depleted uranium as required by 180 NAC 5-010, and retain each record for three years from the date of inventory. The record must include the date of the inventory and the information required by 180 NAC 5-024(B) through (E).
