Licensees must maintain records required by 180 NAC 24 for the period specified by the appropriate regulation. If a retention period is not otherwise specified, these records must be retained until the Department terminates the facility's license. All records related to 180 NAC 24 may be destroyed upon Department termination of the facility license.
