Section 180-24-026 - FORM OF RECORDS

Each record required by 180 NAC 24 must be an original or reproduced copy, or microform or electronic media, capable of producing legible, accurate, and complete records authenticated by authorized personnel throughout the retention period specified by Title 180. Records such as letters, drawings, and specifications, must include all pertinent information such as stamps, initials, and signatures. The licensee must maintain adequate safeguards against tampering with and loss of records.
