Chapter 14 - RADIATION SAFETY REQUIREMENTS FOR WELL LOGGING AND SUBSURFACE TRACER STUDIES
Section 180-14-026 - DOCUMENTS AND RECORDS REQUIRED AT TEMPORARY JOBSITES

Each licensee conducting operations at a temporary jobsite must maintain the following documents and records at the temporary jobsite until the well logging operation is completed:

(A) Operating and emergency procedures required by 180 NAC 14-018;

(B) Evidence of latest calibration of the radiation survey instruments in use at the site required by 180 NAC 14-006;

(C) Latest survey records required by 180 NAC 14-020.02, 020.03 and 020.05;

(D) Shipping papers for the transportation of radioactive materials required by 180 NAC 13-005; and

(E) When operating under reciprocity according to 180 NAC 3-028, a copy of the NRC or Agreement State license authorizing use of radioactive materials.
