Section 180-14-012 - SUBSURFACE TRACER STUDIES

Licensees performing subsurface tracer studies must:

(A) Require all personnel handling radioactive tracer material to use protective gloves and, if required by the licensee, other protective clothing and equipment.

(B) Take precautions to avoid ingestion or inhalation of radioactive tracer material and to avoid contamination of field stations and temporary jobsites; and

(C) Not knowingly inject radioactive material into fresh water aquifers.
