Section 179-26-003 - ANALYTICAL METHODS AND LABORATORY CERTIFICATION

003.01 Analytical

Methodology Systems must comply with the analytical methodology specified in 40 CFR 141.852(a).

003.02 Laboratory Certification

Systems must have all compliance samples required under this chapter analyzed by a laboratory certified by the EPA or the Department Laboratory to analyze drinking water samples and the laboratory must have entered into an agreement with the Department Laboratory to perform such analyses. The laboratory used by the system must be certified for each method [and associated contaminant(s)] used for compliance monitoring analyses under this rule.

003.03 Standards Incorporated By Reference

The standards in 40 CFR 141.852(c) or their equivalent as determined by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency must be used.
