Section 179-25-025 - REQUIREMENTS TO RESPOND TO DEFICIENCIES IDENTIFIED IN SANITARY SURVEYS PERFORMED BY THE DEPARTMENT

025.01 For sanitary surveys performed by the Department where deficiencies are identified, the Department will provide a "Deficiency Compliance Schedule" to the system. Systems must respond in writing to deficiencies identified in compliance schedules no later than 30 calendar days after receipt of the compliance schedule, indicating how and on what schedule the system will address deficiencies noted in the survey, if not on the same time frame as the deficiency compliance schedule. Any deviation from the Department-provided compliance schedule is subject to review and approval by the Department.

025.02 Systems must correct deficiencies identified in sanitary survey reports according to the schedule approved by the Department if such deficiencies are within the control of the system.
