Section 179-20-008 - RECORD KEEPING

The laboratory must ensure that records for on-site laboratory assessments and certification program reviews are maintained in an easily accessible central location for a period of 6 years to include the last 2 on-site audits. This includes records and correspondence used to determine compliance with the requirements in 179 NAC 20 and checklists, corrective action reports, final reports, certificates, proficiency testing study results, and related documents.
