Section 179-20-006 - EFFECTIVE DATE AND TERM OF CERTIFICATION

Current through September 17, 2024

All certifications are valid for not more than 36 months and expire on December 31 of the third year, except certification based on reciprocity, which expire on the expiration date of the certifying body's certification. No reciprocity certification can exceed 36 months.
