The Department will accept certification or accreditation from the following organizations for the purposes of certification in Nebraska:
(A) An Environmental Protection Agency Certified Laboratory;
(B) A state laboratory certified by the Environmental Protection Agency;
(C) A laboratory certified by a state certification program; or
(D) A laboratory accredited by the National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program.
