These regulations govern the certification of laboratories to be able to test drinking water compliance samples as set out in the Nebraska Safe Drinking Water Act, Nebraska Revised Statute (Neb. Rev. Stat) §§ 71-5301 to 71-5313 and 71-2618 to 71-2621.
