003.01 Existing Systems
Each existing community water system must deliver its first report by October 19, 1999, its second report by July 1, 2000, and subsequent reports by July 1 annually thereafter.
003.02 New Systems
A new community water system must deliver its first report by July 1 of the year after its first full calendar year in operation and annually thereafter.
003.03 Systems That Sell Water to Consecutive Systems
A community water system that sells water to another community water system must deliver the applicable information required in 179 NAC 14 to the buyer system:
1. No
later than April 19, 1999, by April 1, 2000, and by April 1 annually thereafter
or
2. On a date mutually agreed
upon by the seller and the purchaser, and specifically included in a contract
between the parties.
