Unless otherwise stated, these regulations apply to community and non-transient, non-community public water systems. These regulations establish a treatment technique that includes requirements for corrosion control treatment, source water treatment, lead service line replacement, and public education. The statutory authority is found in Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 71-5301 to 71-5313.
