Section 178-1-011 - FOOD

All aspects of the food operation in the camp, including source, storage, preparation, and service, shall conform to the standards set forth in the 1976 United States Public Health Service "Food Service Sanitation Manual."

The principal camp area in which food is prepared and served and where sleeping quarters are located shall be at least five hundred (500) feet from any area in which livestock are kept.
