Section 177-1-015 - TRANSITION TO NEW RULES, VALID TESTS

Instruments may be maintained and tests may be administered in conformity with 177 NAC 1 for up to 40 days from the effective date of these amendments.

These Amended Regulations Replace Title 177, Chapter 1, Rules and Regulations Relating to Analyses for the Determination of the Alcohol Content in Blood or Breath, last effective date May 4, 2014.
