The licensee must meet all recordkeeping requirements under the Health Care Licensure Act, 175 NAC 1 and this chapter. The licensee, when sharing space with another entity, must ensure the children's day health service has a unique physical address to ensure mail is secured against unauthorized access and must ensure a separate entrance to the children's day health service space to ensure verbal communications are protected against unauthorized access.
