Section 175-13-010 - Disciplinary Action

Current through March 20, 2024

Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 71-2055 and 71-6042, health care facilities are subject to disciplinary action against their license for violations of Neb. Rev. Stat. § 71-2050 to 712055 or 71-6038 to 71-6042 or regulations promulgated thereunder.
