Cases of human and animal rabies are reportable under 173 NAC 1-004.01. Rabies control is governed by Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 71-4401 to 71-4412 and 173 NAC 5, Rabies Control Program. Copies of these rules and regulations are available from the DHHS Division of Public Health, Rabies Surveillance, and online at http://dhhs.ne.gov/Pages/reg_t173.aspx.
