This chapter provides for the minimum standards for the provision, administration, and management of nursing care by licensed nurses and by unlicensed persons providing auxiliary service in support of nursing services under the Nurse Practice Act, Nebraska Revised Statute (Neb. Rev. Stat.) §§ 38-2216.
