When a licensee anticipates closing an establishment, the Department must be notified in writing of the closing date. The licensee must retain the establishment's pre-need records in compliance with the Burial Pre-Need Sale Act and upon closing the establishment, the licensee must forward said records to another funeral establishment in Nebraska. The licensee must remove all signage relating to the name of the funeral establishment or branch establishment upon its closing.
