Section 172-34-008 - RESTROOM FACILITIES

Restrooms must be clean and sanitary and comply with the following requirements:

(A) The toilets and sinks must be clean and operational.

(B) The following must be available at all times:

(i) Suitable holders for toilet paper.

(ii) An adequate supply of toilet paper.

(iii) A clean waste receptacle.

(iv) A sink with hot and cold running water.

(v) Liquid soap.

(vi) Single-use disposable towels in an appropriate clean holder or an electric hand dryer.
